Good Complimentary technical and commercial aptitude; Effective @ describing technology, Business & financial Implications to customers, Account Management, ability to work as a team Leader and guide reporting members for achieving targets.
• Account Management and relationship building skills is must.
• In-depth knowledge and experience with IT & ITes industry, with good acumen on competitors and their strengths.
• Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales numbers to maximize profits and increase account count.
• Willing to work target based environment
• should have the ability to assimilate large amounts of information and develop strategic plans, follow up methodology and decision taking.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in dynamic, matrixes, performance- driven environment.
• Should be capable of leading and guiding a team boned on market /customers and adherence of plans.
• Should be process oriented.
• Good customer base in IT/ITES/Health care/Education/Govt.
• Should have worked in at least 5 medium / large accounts.
